Why Choose Beech Mountain Farms?
Quality: We grow one type of Christmas tree, the
North Carolina Fraser Fir. We like to
say that we grow our Fraser Firs where they are supposed to grow, in their
native habitat, high in the mountains of North Carolina. We feel that this, along with expert care,
allows our trees to attain their maximum desirable qualities that help them to
be the retailer’s best sellers. Our
climate provides the perfect growing conditions to help ensure beautiful color,
optimal densities and the excellent overall health of our trees.
Our Size: We are a medium sized grower.
This gives many advantages in terms of service to our customers. We are big enough to completely fill all of
our customer’s orders with their desired sizes of Christmas trees and wreaths,
but we are small enough to get to know each of our customers on a personal
basis and cater to individual needs.
Freshness: Our size allows us to cut our customers
orders as late as possible. We never
begin cutting before the second week in November, and that is only for our
early loads. We continue to cut and fill
orders into mid/late December. We
normally harvest the trees two days before shipment. We use a two day time
frame because it does take some time to cut the tree, carry it out of the
field, bale it, and then haul it to the loading dock.
Dependability: Each tree is individually graded according
to Height, Color and Shape. Our
consistent quality, year after year, keeps our customers coming back. When you place your order with us, you can be
assured that you will be receiving the freshest trees possible, and the order
will be filled on time and to specifications.
Wreaths: We also
offer wreaths to our wholesale Christmas tree buyers. A wreath size and price list is included with
the wholesale tree price list. Our
wreaths are symmetrical and very full, our customers love them.

you prefer, just stop by, we love farm tours and would be happy to arrange one
for you.
The minimum order for
wholesale trees is 50. Price includes loading onto your truck. A 30% deposit is
required when the order is placed, with the balance due 10 days before trees
are shipped. We also have limited quantities of 12 - 15 ft. trees available to
wholesale buyers, call or email for prices.
